1. A couple of staff members are very friendly and helpful others are disinterested and borderline rude.

8. 50 charge on the bill for the phone call and obviously my wife objected to the charge - the front desk attendant became rude about it and initially refused to take it off the bill.

9. What sticks out in my mind is the rudeness of the housekeepers, they gossip about guests, management needs to coach them so that they can be civilized.
