1. And last, but DEFINITELY NOT LEAST, We saw a small roach on the desk one night and when we called to ask the front desk if this was usual and what could be done, we were told, 'This is Hawai'i, because of the weather there are bugs everywhere' and then a long pause as if to say, 'so deal with it.
