1. One major downside is that the hotel charges you an outrageous $25 resort fee - per night.

2. And to provide a balanced view, the downsides/areas for improvement were (many of which I noted in other reviews before we went, and to be honest were very minor):- There was a moderate queue to check in and a bit of a wait (maybe 5 minutes, so really in the scheme of things is nothing at all).

3. One downside was that the hotel's commercial loading area seemed to have trucks coming in early and the beeping etc was a bit noisy.

4. The only downside - why does the pool close early? It was slightly disappointing that the pool was closing at 5:30 when it was still quite warm outside.
