1. We went in mid Feb, and I felt bad for all the kids including mine, they loved the pool, but couldn't stay in there long, because the water was just too cold.

4. While Waikiki is not my 'ultimate' Hawaiian getaway - far too crowded for a real relaxing vacation, a few days in Waikiki is never a bad thing.

8. This is the kind of amateur mistake that no serious resort would allow -- a bad first impression is almost impossible for a hotel to recover from, and believe me: when you go to check in, you're gonna have a bad time.
