7. When we called in the morning to have someone pick up our luggage and pull our car around, we found out we had to physically go down to the valet and request our car be pulled around.

9. The only issue that we had was there was a wedding going on when we checking in, so they refused to valet our car, and we had to park in the ramp and wheel our luggage around the block.

10. One tip is if you have a car to park it your self, you will save some $$$ rather then using valet.
