4. beds have been redone (a little hard for me but nice) and bathrooms have been refurbished (nice but not crazy nice)Parking lot around the back -- very friendly and safe (secure)Like I said -- you have to WANT to stay here --- but honestly --- I liked the place before they renovated -- wouldn't stay anywhere else in Chicago.
