I would definitely recommend you checkout this hotel if you fit the following criteria: a) you like a good deal; b) you like a good location (Grant Park); c) you are not an anal-retentive, everything-must-be-perfect kind of person who demands the finest of everything; d) you don't mind taking a chance and actually prefer things that are a bit unique or unusual.
