1. MANAGER: You can call your friend and ask him to fax a copy of the back and front of his CC, driver license, and a letter stating that he authorizes the payment.

2. The staff were extremely helpful when we had to extend our stay a few nights and it was no problem, thanks to Margarita, the front office manager for being very helpful with this :) When we did leave the bellhop got us a cab to the airport no troubles at all.
