1. It is very central, very colorful, with lots of people walking on the very busy streets giving you a feeling of safety and therefore I consider it the best area to be, although it is also quite dirty looking.

10. If you are there to visit New York and expect the hotel to be just a place to crash overnigt, the position is fabulous, right across the street from Madison Square Garden and minutes-walk to Macy's, Empire State Building and Times Square.
