The concierge was helpful, recommended us not paying to go the boat trip to see the Statue of Liberty and to take the subway to Staten island ferry port and take the free ferry across to Staten island which goes past the Statue of Liberty, it cost us $4 between us to take the subway way cheaper than the other options.

3. go figure!) SAM at the concierge desk was extremely helpful in finding us suitable meal locations for thanksgiving and helping us arrange our day.

5. we had no problems checking out at all either & the concierge got us a taxi to the airport within 5 minutes.

6. The only thing I would suggest is if you want a taxi don't get it from outside the hotel as you will have to tip the concierge each time you do so and they can be quite forceful & dare I say rude.
