6. The cast iron bath was losing its enamel but the bathroom was clean and there were plenty of towels, soap etc. The main problem was that the decor throughout was depressingly dark and in the past decorators had left paint splashes which made the place look tatty.

7. What I love about the hotel is its location, you really can't go wrong with how close it is to all the subway lines and the short walk to spots like Times Square, The Late Show with David Letterman etc etc. My biggest issue is the overall decor upgrade the rooms and hallways need.

8. We were moved to the 11th floor, the room still had the same decor, but was in a better condition, no damp carpets, dingy smell or collapsed ceilings.
