1. Until such time as this hotel changes hands and has had a massive refurbishment of the elevator system, the rooms and the service staff, we will not consider it at any price, much less the nearly $300 a night they charge for this great location.

Just returned from this hotel I stayed there one night and requested one of there REFURBISHED ROOMS with full working bathroom when I booked on the internet ,When i got to the desk the woman in charge would have made a good concentration camp commandant for the nazis ,so off hand about everything and said you booked a standard room and thats what your getting.

9. they had tried to charge the previuos guests credit card for it!the manager accpeted he should not drag people out of their rooms at midnight, should not have taken all of a second to dismiss my wife and lock down the room, and should not have had a situation where she ened up in tears.

10. when we checked out, they again tried to charge the previous occupants credit card!when my wife told them she had clearly said stop using that card, she again got yelled at.
