1. On Saturday September 25 me and friend checked in to hotel were placed on the 7th floor in room 745 as look around a horrible room couldn't found a bed bug lying on pillow dead requested for manager to come to room they refused and sent head of house keeping to room to verify then asked to switch us to another room and issue refund every hotel in nyc was sold out.

2. The room was standard but clean, my requests for extra pillows and blankets where dealt with quite easily and I found my walk in wardrobe housed plenty of space to store all my purchases and clothing without falling all over my belongings as I have in other hotels (The Edison for example).

3. Its true that the hotel is no palace but I've paid for deluxe rooms in the past with plasma televisions and mini bars only to find that I only used the room to hit the pillow while spending as much time out in the big apple so what is the point, I'd rather use the money to treat myself to a new bag or even one of the fantastic to dining experiences that New York offers.

4. On the bright side, the beds and pillows were deceivingly comfortable and I got a very good night's sleep.

9. Clean sheets daily, extra pillows and towels brought up quickly when requested--and a reasonable price.

10. Oh, and in the interest of full disclosure, I still used my own pillow cases, I'm not a snob, but I watch Dateline and I've seen some of the reports on hotels.
