2. When I explained the situation all 3 people I spoke to who worked in the hotel, expressed similar concerns and understood my reasons for wishing to check out immediately and receive a full refund.

5. If there is a family member who you really dont like or has upset you, book them 3 nights here, cheaper than hiring a hitman, disease ridden reck, check out the photos ive added, i can only ad 3 but i have dozens more sadly.

6. Check out was a breeze using the Express Option on the TV and then dropping the key cards in the lobby box.

9. yes, but surely its a matter of just deleting the previous occupants details after they check out, or when my wife continusly pointed it out!overall, ok hotel hotel, but awful awful staff.
