1. Our room had a working refrigerator, very comfy king bed, clean sheets, clean carpets, clean bathroom with a funky old new York feel.

8. The room needed a little TLC and there was some mildew in the bathroom but the carpet was clean, the beds spotless, clean sheets, towels etc. If you are going to NY on a whirlwind visit as we did you don't want to spend any time in your room, other than to wash and sleep, so it is great.
