1. I know some might see this as too much effort to undertake but because of the holidays getting a good deal on rooms is always difficult so I'm willing to just put up with the chance of some manoeuvring.

4. The hallways leading to the rooms resembled an insane asylum, the doors to each room made it look like a drug deal was going down on the other side, and the room was filthy to point that you were confused as to whether you were actually in a hotel.

5. It was a little run down and we were frequently shorted on towels etc but when you consider its right across the street from Madison Sq Gardens, its a good deal.

I had read many reviews about this hotel and the majority of them said this hotel was the one to avoid, so I had my doubts about the room,staff,cleanliness etc. I was very impressed with the helpful staff and the high standards of the hotel in general, especially when I considered what a great deal I had got on the internet.
