1. The grounds outside the hotel were always very clean and loved the layout with the beach and the new remodeling.

8. The Casa Marina has a new ownership group (Luxury Resorts), and while they are putting a lot of money into remodeling the place, I found the staff to be a lot less friendly and helpful as they were previously as a part of the Wyndam group.
