4. Usually, if you are staying at a resort this nice and paying this much, the staff comes around in the evening and brings fresh towels and chocolates, or at least has cookies in the lobby.

9. While you are around the pool and beach area the hotel staff checks on you to see if you need more towels or even cool moist hand towels and pop cicles when it was warm.
