1. My wife and I arrived at 3:30p.m. We were told just a half hour more it (ROOM),would be ready,here comes 5 then 5:30 then 6p.m.,,Thats right 6 p.m.They apologized ,gave us 4 free cocktails,and a late check out of 2 p.m.So here comes the next day,,it's 12:30p.m. were at the poolside,we go to our room to shower and check out,"The key don't work".

The Pros; early check in, late check out, Beautiful grounds, not a lot of screeming kids, beach front massage, excellent room with great view, hammocks on beach, outstanding staff from bellman to pool attendant to housekeeping and front desk(especially Patrick), could not have been more attentive or professional, on site water rentals as well as scooter rentals.

A local man told me that someone who knew what the old place looked like before renovations was mortified because it had been stripped of it's character, but although I have no experience with the previous place, I found touches of the original dark wood throughout the lobby, and the look was quite impressive (check out the staircase!).
