Pros: - Great beach with loads of activities- Facing the right way to catch sun throughout the day- Quiet neighbourhood- Very friendly valet staffCons:- Terrible value for money - room felt like a Holiday Inn- This hotel has no character - it looks like a prison once you get past the grand entrance hall- Dirty rooms- Small rooms- Grumpy staff, especially the chewing-gum chewing unenthusiastic reception staff- Awful view onto construction site- Far walk to Duval Street compared to HyattAll in all, this is a badly managed hotel with a terrible value for money proposition.
