5. There are 2 computers you can use for free in the lobby, but people are always waiting to use them, so first you wait, then you feel rushed because others are waiting for you to finish.

6. The only two things I would suggest to improve the overall guest experience would be to 1) remove the $20 daily resort fee ( a pretty ridiculous charge for amenities that should already be included in the room rate) and 2) provide free coffee in the lobby in the morning.

8. FEES!$20 resort fee, $12/day parking, $12 internet (and don't think about using one of the two free internet computers in the lobby, not only are they 56k modem slow, but people will sit there and stare at you until you get off.

This was absolute luxury, wonderful staff and service, lots of little extras i.e. free drinks or ice lollies brought round at regular intervals whilst using the pools or private beach, free use of computers in lobby, free ipod charging in rooms, the food and bars were expensive by Key West standards, but it's only a 10 minute walk into key west town itself where it is plentiful and cheap, my only complaint is having to pay for parking - but - on the other hand the hotel is surrounded by roads with plentiful free parking so not a great problem just rather unusual for a top hotel.
