7. Having to return to the hotel from town the following afternoon to move to the new room was an inconvenience, but the manager did move us to a nice suite.

8. Again, I would like to emphasize no hotel employee was present, no manager was present, and this man who was contracted by the hotel, who does not work for the hotel at all, was letting us know what to do after this horrific event and how to prevent us from bringing it all home with us.
