3. The tray remained in the hall all day, even after housekeeping cleaned our room; it was finally picked up by the time we returned from dinner.

4. Our sofa cushions in the suite were all stained on the flip side and housekeeping cleaned but did not replace used glasses or soaps etc. What`s nice is that the hotel is a 15 min.

7. Although we were told Housekeeping was advised of our early arrival by the time 4pm ( Check in time ) came around the room was not ready and there was no telling at what time it was going to be ready.

8. My husband preferred the espresso maker to a regualr coffee pot in the room and the housekeeping staff quicky brought one over.
