In summary I would say it had the wow factor when you walk into reception, the staff were professional yet friendly and very helpful, our room wasn`t ready but they were able to provide another room, the room was very nicely furnished, the bathroom had a very powerful shower, good food in the pool snack bar although it is a shame there is no restaurant for evening meals, the breakfast is excellent - very fresh both hot and cold options.

4. And the new designs and furniture are beautiful but some of it doesnt make a lot of sense in the real world - like the astetically pleasing shower w/ a 1/2 glass door, looks fantastic but doesnt quite contain all the water from the shower leaving the door and floor wet.

My wife and I arrived at 3:30p.m. We were told just a half hour more it (ROOM),would be ready,here comes 5 then 5:30 then 6p.m.,,Thats right 6 p.m.They apologized ,gave us 4 free cocktails,and a late check out of 2 p.m.So here comes the next day,,it's 12:30p.m. were at the poolside,we go to our room to shower and check out,"The key don't work".
