1. Only one beef for me we have stayed at Casa many times and Air Port shuttle has always been FREE not any more $7.50 PP now we had 6 people we could have rented a car.

3. i hope that they can fix some of the problems that they are having because the resort is really beautiful and could be top-rated!i also think it would be nice to have a free shuttle to mallory square every hour and coffee in the lobby, as high level, expensive resorts do.

8. did not tell me about additional 'reserve tax' even though I had specifically asked about all taxes, resort fee, etc. Misquoted on massage, shuttle service and taxes.
