1. Again, I’m not one to complain, and every effort was made on our part to follow directions and save what we could, but simply stated, we needed to spend money on new clothing and luggage in order to replace what had been ruined by the bed bug incident at your hotel.

In conclusion the staff were young and trying their utmost to make sure everything was ok, I am sure they are well aware of all the problems that guests have endured during the make over of the hotel during the last few months, it must have been extremely soul destroying for them to have to work with builders around, and at the same time to please guests that had paid good money for their annual vacation.

After saving for almost a year, we took a trip to your hotel to enjoy our 10 year wedding anniversary, and it was ruined and cost us more money than the trip to cover the cost of damages and further contamination: • Most of our wardrobe had to be completely replaced after we washed it in hot water to prevent further contamination into MY OWN HOME.
