5. The receptionist organised to have a bottle of fizzy wine delivered to our room on my birthday, with a hand written note wishing me a Happy Birthday, which was really nice touch.

7. we did find a nice steakhouse within walking distance that was open all night that the concierge told us about, but it would have been nice to enjoy it in the hotel because their restaurant is well known.
