1. When making reservations at the Waldorf, I had expectations of historic accommodations and fantastic service.

9. The hotel is in a fantastic location as you would expect and I have nothing negative to report - I equally don't have anything to shout from the roof tops from as we had no call to speak with staff and spent most of the time dragging our feet around the City.
