1. Overall I would say as a family we had a very comfortable stay at the hotel and the staff were very helpful.

6. got to give a mention for Torro on the door this fella looked after us and was not a 'stuck up' as some of the others were thanks 'Torro ' you should be on the NYC tourist board what a help this fella was.

7. Here is just a little taste; as I come and go in the hallways there is a proactive good day sir, how are you, can I help with anything? Then while I sit at Oscar's bar, the bartender asks and then asks whats your pleasure.

10. Beautiful hotel inside, great location in the city, plenty bars and restaurants nearby and a few blocks from Times Square but it is overly expensive, even for New York, and a couple of the staff could use some help with their attitude to paying guests.
