1. The staff were friendly and helpful, you soon get the hang of tipping and they are gracious and courteous when accepting it.

3. We transfer in at 11pm from our flight- with 3 children our rooms were on opposite ends of the floor, and neither acceptable nor in line with our booking- some 4 hours latter- at 3 am in the morning and one bed short we were finally able to sleep.

6. It's a real shame that our stay was spoilt by greedy staff members prioritising who gets served first by accepting backhanders.

7. We accepted what it was and made a plan with towels to try and block the worst of the smell from coming through the connecting door in our passage.
