1. We had a room upgrade for the family were very happy with a room with two singles and king size bed alongside dining room, bathroom and walk in wardrobe.

4. The receptionist organised to have a bottle of fizzy wine delivered to our room on my birthday, with a hand written note wishing me a happy Birthday, which was really nice touch.
