3. -mostly friendly serviceWhat we did not like:-erratic plumbing (like how long to get a hot shower??)-very ordinary bathroom overall- no items like bathrobes or slippers which are standard in all Asian 3 star and up.

4. The location is great, the staff reasonably friendly and helpful, but our room was awful - small, worn furniture, bathtub finish peeling, and only one window which overlooked an airshaft.

6. All of the staff were extremely polite and friendly - they were not gushing and all over you which some might class as being 'snooty', I think people respond to you how you respond to them and I was always courteous to the staff and I found them helpful, chatty and polite in return.
