3. We have just came from Ritz Carlton at San Fransisco(highly recommended), like waldorf we also requested concierge level of service, and Ritz didnt not dissapoint.

6. First I did not actually see her feet touch the ground, I think I saw a wand and like a school boy who skinned his knee, it was better, forgot what happened, told me she loved me.

7. Or how about a need for One Rose for a dear one, I intruded on the Florist staff downstairs busy with a reception shortly, the folks in charge made the time to bend and fold an artwork of a creation and a single rose,like the Waldorf itself.

10. Our standard room was perfectly adequate for our needs (2 adults and one 3-year old) - would have liked slightly more clothes storage space but otherwise the room was great.
