1. Breakfast food was exceptional as I have found in most New York hotels, however nothing can beat the Sunday morning breakfast if you willing to pay for it.

3. 24 hour room service is standard now in hotels all around the world of a much less calibre, so this was really weird to see the note explaining no in room dining except in the towers?? Being Diamond guests, we received not upgrade of any kind, and were given the rooms we booked, (one was a suite), and were told the hotel was full at check-in when queried about whether we received any upgrades for our stay.

4. A small note here - The staff was very nice and accomodating with the exception of the bellman, hailing cabs, etc.
