1. Regarding fees, one complaint: the hotel charges for use of internet in rooms (free wi-fi in lobby and public rooms).

10. Unfortunately the fascade was covered in Scaffolding when we arrived but this hotel is a beautiful classic, with a stunning lobby which has a real buzz about it and free wi-fi.
