1. I had read a couple of other reviews regarding rudeness, and I shrugged it off, but in the end it really did make me feel very uncomfortable as a paying guest.

3. The bed is the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in during a hotel stay, the pillows, well they should be brought out to the roof to be lit on fire as they are worse than the beds.
