1. * When I notified the staff of the phone not being connected / working in my relatives room despite several reminders over three days - no action, which whilst a small issue it did negatively effect our stay given our rooms had to be on different floors etc.

3. My only other negative would be that it was a freezing cold day, and my room was a bit chilly and seemed to have a hard time warming up, but it eventually did once I turned up the thermostat.

10. Considering they were not willing to compensate me for the room when I checked out, it will be interesting to see if they will now, after all the negative news coverage they have had in the aweful handling of this situation.
