* When I notified the staff of the phone not being connected / working in my relatives room despite several reminders over three days - no action, which whilst a small issue it did

My only other

would be that it was a freezing cold day, and my room was a bit chilly and seemed to have a hard time warming up, but it eventually did once I turned up the thermostat.
