1. Same planners?The service staff are all very nice, smiling constantly while they tell you that they can't waive the to-this-day annoying internet connectivity charge.

10. During both instances in Miel we noted that the wait staff dragged their feet (literally shuffled around), spoke at a barely audible level, and seemed annoyed to be asked to do anything for you.
