7. Employees were great and helpful> I did hear somebody call the front desk to complain while I was there and they were quick to put the bellman on the phone with appropriate apologies for whatever was going on - well handled.

9. For a room service bill of $75 I expect them to get things like that right, but I was too jet lagged to complain and I think it was just a little bit of a hiccup as the room service breakfast was great, as I would expect for $26.

10. Two hours later and several phone calls to our online travel site and the hotel's corporate customer service number to complain, we finallly heard from another hotel mgr, Greg, who came to our room with keys to accomodate us with another room with a king bed.
