1. They are unusually ugly, 'themed' environments (the restaurant is made up to look French provincial and the bar some kind of rum distillery theme, all very fake and tacky) which just don't fit with the glassy, classy feel of the rest of the hotel.

3. I was in ugly shorts and a tee shirt with no shoes and I asked the housekeeper to let me in and she would not so she called security for me.

9. Don`t get me wrong this is a very ugly hotel from outside and the lobby could do with an upgrade but if you want a great location with very friendly helpful staff(-Wendy springs to mind)that is remarkably quiet it is a great value choice.
