1. The only place I like to stay when I'm in BOS, the problem is you have to be able to afford it.

3. Mark on the concierge desk was particularly helpful when we had a problem with our holiday as Killington (which was our next stop) was badly affected by Hurricane Irene and we had to arrange alternatives for a week and speak to the company in London who had arranged our stay.

4. The only problem we had was the outlets in the bathroom did not work so hopefully housekeeping has reported it to maintenance.

9. While he was very polite and apologized for our unpleasant experience, there was no remedy for the damage done by Lexi in treating us like third rate, very unwelcomed guests not to mention hours lost dealing with unnecessary problems.
