3. My only other negative would be that it was a freezing cold day, and my room was a bit chilly and seemed to have a hard time warming up, but it eventually did once I turned up the thermostat.

7. The beds are rock hard but after telling management how horribly we slept, housekeeping put a nice cushy feather bed on the mattress for us.
