1. Drinks at the bar are ridiculously priced, but with so many other options nearby it's not a problem.

2. Slight gripes would be: the ridiculous price of wifi and the ridiculous price for using the 'business centre' to print out a confirmation, the coffee from the in-room coffee maker was horrible, the TV switched itself on at 6am and nobody knew how to make it stop (.
