1. It's one of those places that does certain things really well and then let's themselves down on the simple things like having no staff in the Club Lounge during the 'quiet' period (middle of day) so if you happen to go in, you will find dirty tables, nothing in the fridges etc.

2. I did show the dirty mattress pad to the housekeeping supervisor who took it away and replaced it with a brand new one which she took out of the packaging in front of me.

4. I was attending a conference, and even at the conference, the wait staff would walk up to people who were standing in the foyer and talking and ask if more coffee was desired, or if they could get us some juice, or if they could take our dishes out of our hands (dirty), etc.

6. Too bad I felt judged and scrutinized by the snooty, aloof staff, given eye rolls by the wait staff when we oredered a bottled of champagne at the bar and given dirty looks by Urkel the over zealous security guard.
