1. Not all of the outlets in the room functioned properly, the view from our room was horrible, the mini bar/fridge allowed pretty much no room for your own food and drinks (uness you want to pay a $25 fee to unstock it.

2. Slight gripes would be: the ridiculous price of wifi and the ridiculous price for using the 'business centre' to print out a confirmation, the coffee from the in-room coffee maker was horrible, the TV switched itself on at 6am and nobody knew how to make it stop (.

3. The beds are rock hard but after telling management how horribly we slept, housekeeping put a nice cushy feather bed on the mattress for us.
