1. We had no complaints with the room or service on what was a very busy weekend in Boston with many events going on.

Only other complaint we had (which I see is a complaint with some other travellers) when we went to breakfast in the hotel restaurant (MIEL), we ordered and it took over 45 minutes after several complaints from us and for our breakfast (one order was just granola and yogurt) was somewhat so-so in quality.

10. Only complaint - when I went to breakfast in the hotel restaurant, the staff didn't seem to offer the same level of service to me as a single female diner as the groups of businessmen around me seemed to be getting, and my breakfast was somewhat iffy in quality - eggs were hot, but toast, potatoes, and meat were cold.
