3. My only other negative would be that it was a freezing cold day, and my room was a bit chilly and seemed to have a hard time warming up, but it eventually did once I turned up the thermostat.

4. Its hard to describe the layout but basically at the end of the bed is a sliding shutter/window separating the bathroom.
