7. First of all, I never met someone named Chris and its ridiculous that he would remember me any way so I was a little peeved that the implication from the agent was that this person clearly remembered me approving the charges, I never spoke to a human being at the front desk.

10. My only complaint on the property is that basic things that are complimentary at other hotels are not here, for example internet, use of the in room fridge( a $25 charge for the fridge is just ridiculous - really the hotel should be ashamed to even charge for this).
