There are a few negatives: the wooden corners of our bed were pointed and protruding, so my shins got dinged up every time I forgot to give them a wider berth; there were no toiletries in the room upon check-in, but that was quickly remedied by a phone call; there was no tub; the concierges don't seem to be able to magically get reservations at high-end restaurants the way concierges in other major cities often can; and you can't store items in the minifridge.
