1. Nataly was my friendly front desk person and she was so helpful and explained everything thoroughly and without getting impatient or annoyed, which I've experienced before.

2. there is a small sink with limited surface area, no other area to put toiletries and hair care appliances, the pipes rattle in the wall when the shower is turned on and the most annoying thing of all.

9. The front doors of the hotel DON'T WORK, YOU MUST USE THE ANNOYING AUTOMATIC SWIRLING DOORS that are scary and hard to use with kids.

10. We were happily surprised to learn that we had a 'VIP' room on the 32 floor, which required us to use our key card in the elevator to get to the floor (though when we called down to the front desk later, we found that we didn't have access to the Regency Club, which was kind of annoying).
